Accessing the Customer Online Account

Customers can access their online account using the link provided in their confirmation email or directly via your company website, if integrated.

Steps to Log In:

  1. Click the login link provided by your company.

  2. Enter the registered email address.

  3. Enter the password or follow the link to reset if forgotten.

Note: First-time users may receive an invitation email prompting them to set up a password.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, customers will see their dashboard, which includes:

  • My Trips: View and manage all your past and upcoming rides.

  • New Trip: Book a new taxi ride with your saved preferences.

  • Settings: Update your personal information.

  • Contact: Reach out to customer support for help or inquiries.

  • Logout: Securely sign out of your account.


Managing Bookings

Customers can view and manage their bookings directly from the dashboard.

To Cancel or Edit a Booking:

  1. Navigate to the My Trips section.

  2. Select the booking you wish to modify.

  3. Click Edit to update details (if allowed) or Cancel to cancel the booking.

Important: Edits and cancellations are subject to your company’s policies and time restrictions.

Accessing and Downloading Invoices

Invoices for completed rides are automatically available in the account.

To Download an Invoice:

  1. Go to the My Trips tab.

  2. Find the relevant booking.

  3. Click the Invoice tab.

  4. Click the Download PDF button.


Updating Personal Information

Customers can keep their contact details up-to-date.

To Edit Personal Details:

  1. Go to the Settings section.

  2. Update email address, phone number, or location address.

  3. Click Save to apply changes.


Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • Bookmark the login page for quick access.

  • Use a strong password and keep it secure.

  • Contact support if login issues arise or booking modifications are not possible.
