Passengers can edit their personal information and language.  

New booking

Clients can book a cab anytime, anywhere. All it takes is a few clicks on the screen of a client’s phone. by following these steps:

  1. choose the time, pickup and drop-off points.
  2. choose a car, see the estimated price.
  3. fill in personal information and choose a payment method to confirm the booking.

When the booking has been completed, passengers receive booking confirmation and the booking details can be seen in the Your Trips tab.

Bookings made via the Passenger App appear in the Dispatch Panel instantaneously.

Notifications during the journey

The Passenger App allows your customers to receive instant push notifications during the journey. This gives your customers a sense of security and makes them feel better taken care of.

Notifications during the journey:

  • En route - when the driver sets off for the pickup point, passengers receive a notification that the driver is en route along with driver's name and vehicle information. A special link will be sent with this notification to track the driver's location on a map. To enable this feature, go to Settings > Notifications > Status - On Route and tick the box next to "Attach booking tracking link to on-route notification, it will allow customer to view journey details and driver on map".
  • Arrived - when the driver reaches the pickup point, passengers receive a notification that the driver has arrived and is waiting for them.
  • Completed - when the driver confirms reaching the drop-off point, passengers receive a notification confirming the job completion and are asked to leave feedback. 

Booking history

Passengers can view current and previous bookings in Your Trips menu. Here Passengers are able to edit, download or print out their booking information / invoices, leave feedback and review their tracking history.
