Accessing Company Details

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel.

  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Company.


Fields and Configuration

Here is a breakdown of the fields you can configure:

1. Company Name

  • Enter your full legal business name.

  • This will be displayed on all customer-facing documents.

2. Email Address

  • Provide the primary email address for your business.

  • This address will be used for system notifications and customer replies.

3. Phone Number

  • Include your main contact number.

  • This is shown on the customer portal and documents.

4. Address

  • Enter your business address.

  • Useful for documentation and legal references.

5. VAT Number (if applicable)

  • If your company is VAT registered, enter your VAT number.

  • This will appear on invoices to comply with tax regulations.

6. Website

  • Add your business website URL.

  • Helps direct customers to your services.

7. Company Logo

  • Upload a high-quality version of your company logo (JPG or PNG).

  • This logo will appear on invoices, quotes, and booking confirmations.

Tip: Use a clear and appropriately sized logo (recommended dimensions: 300x100 pixels).


Saving Changes

Once all fields are filled in:

  1. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

  2. Refresh your dashboard or preview an invoice to confirm the updates are reflected.

  • Double-check spelling and contact details for accuracy.

  • Keep your VAT number updated to avoid compliance issues.

  • Update your logo and contact information promptly after rebranding.
