Switching between Business Profiles

The active Business Profile determines which configuration you are editing. Changes to pricing, branding, booking rules, notifications, company details, or the Web Booking Widget apply only to the currently selected Business Profile.

If you work with multiple Business Profiles, checking the active profile before making changes helps prevent updates to the wrong configuration.

 

Active Business Profile and Booking Profile Filter

The active Business Profile and the Booking Profile Filter serve different purposes.

The active Business Profile determines which profile you are configuring.

The Booking Profile Filter only controls which bookings are displayed in the Bookings and Dispatch pages.

For example, you can edit the pricing of one Business Profile while viewing bookings from all Business Profiles.
