Sometimes Dispatchers might be reluctant to accept too many bookings in advance, fearing that they might not have enough available drivers to carry out the jobs later on.

EasyTaxiOffice has two solutions for this problem.

Admins can use either:

  • Unconfirmed Booking Status
    After choosing this option, every incoming booking from the Web Booking Widget is unconfirmed by default.This means the Passengers will receive a confirmation only after the Admin confirms the booking in the panel.

  • Driver Availability Module
    This module helps with more precise booking allocation, especially when a company has a limited number of drivers. The system will perform a check - depending on a number of factors - if there is a driver available to take the job.
